The basic idea of the invention is that the frame of the device consists of a roller conveyor which is inclined in two directions. The wheels are adjusted in the machine from the higher end so that the wheels are pressed against each other. At the lower end of the device there is a motor-driven coil against which the first one stands. In addition, the wheel set tilts in the transverse direction, which facilitates the placement of the wheels in the machine and the wheels are kept in place as they rotate during the washing process. When the washing process is started, the motor-driven spool begins to rotate, which means that the inclined wheels rotate individually in the opposite direction. After the washing cycle, the spool goes down, which releases the first wheel from the machine. At the same time, the stopper goes up so that it holds the other wheels in place. Then the motor-driven spool rises and the stopper is lowered so that the other wheels are moved forward towards the spool. The method allows each wheel to be loaded into the machine as they are removed from the vehicle. This saves time when the wash cycle can be started after the first wheel is in the machine and each wheel is removed from the machine as they are washed. Figure 1 shows the invention as a simplified version without cover and washing components such as high pressure nozzles. The frame of the device consists of a roller conveyor (1) which is inclined towards two directions and to the roller rails (2, 3 and 4) at a 90 ”angle. The wheels (5) are inserted into the machine from the higher end so that the first wheel aligns with the motor-driven spool (6) and the others in a queue fixed in each other. Each wheel slopes from its upper part towards the upper roller rails (2 and 3) and at the bottom towards the lower rail (4). At least the middle roller rail (3) has all-wheel drive, which enables free rotation of wheels of different sizes. When the wash cycle starts, the spool drives the first wheel so that all wheels rotate in opposite directions. After the first washing cycle, the spool (6) is lowered, which releases the first wheel from the machine on the platform (8) for further handling. At the same time, the stopper (7) rises so that it holds the other wheels in place. Then the motor-driven spool rises again and the stopper is lowered so that the other wheels are moved forward towards the spool. The same procedure is repeated until all wheels are washed.
